Membership

Membership of AI Foundry Chester is at the discretion of the organisers. We reserve the right to decline applications, remove members, or revoke invitations without providing a reason. Membership confers no rights beyond attendance at sessions.

Conduct at events

Attendees are expected to behave with professionalism and respect. Commercial solicitation — including recruiting, selling services, and collecting leads — is not permitted at events unless the attendee is an approved sponsor. We reserve the right to remove attendees whose conduct is inconsistent with the group's values.

Content at events

Sessions are not recorded. Demo presenters retain ownership of their work. By presenting at a session, you consent to a brief written recap being published on this website, unless you advise us otherwise.

Limitation of liability

AI Foundry Chester is a voluntary group with no legal entity. Events are hosted in good faith. We accept no liability for losses or damages arising from attendance at events or use of this website.
